K5 HEAVY ENGINEERING is committed to manufacturing and supplying quality products that meet our customer’s expectations, contractual specifications, standards, and norms. We strive to satisfy these requirements in the safest way possible, in the most economic manner and in an ecologically friendly way. We monitor, measure, and utilize customer feedback to understand market needs and trends, simultaneously improving customer satisfaction without compromising on Quality.

This Policy endorses the Company’s and the Management’s commitment as set out in this manual, to develop, implement and maintain a Quality Management System to the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 3834-2 standards in accordance with this system and to continually improve within the entire company. Management is responsible for ensuring this policy is communicated, understood, and implemented at all levels within the company. Employees will be expected to fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with the required quality standard and strive to ensure customer satisfaction and continual improvement across all our business processes.

This policy incorporates all elements of our Quality Philosophy. This philosophy defines the company and employee behavior in implementing and meeting our customer’s requirements. Details of these elements are documented throughout this QMS and include:

  1. Understanding the customer’s requirements and communicating this understanding.
  2. Reaching consensus on the specific requirement, extent and method of testing, specification and acceptance standard.
  3. Communicating the above, via our planning system and quality control plans, to procurement, suppliers, manufacturing, artisans, supervision and inspection. The system allows for the control of product during manufacturing, including inspection and customer reporting requirements.
  4. Training of all personnel within our value chain.
  5. Root cause analysis and identification of needs.
  6. Support a cautionary approach and apply risk management and risk prevention to sustain a sound business success.
